STUDENT REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. THE WAITLIST IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

We cannot accept any more schools/students for this conference. If you would still like to register for the YPLAN seminar, there is still space available. Thank you!

Welcome to the registration page for the 2016 Health Professions Conference. We are so excited to offer this FREE conference to health pathway students across the Inland Empire. This year, CBU is hosting our conference on their beautiful campus in Riverside. The day's schedule will open with a general assembly (plenary) followed by breakout sessions, lunch, a resource fair and a closing ceremony. We have many wonderful things in store this year including:

  • New breakout session just for teachers featuring the Y-Plan
  • New speakers and presenters
  • Poster contest winner's recognition
  • New exhibits and resources
  • and much more!

Pre-Registration Instructions for Teachers: Please read this first! Registration of your students does not guarantee attendance to the 2016 conference. Priority attendance is being given to school districts sponsoring the conference for their students. You will be notified on February 28 if your class/group will be able to attend the conference. To register you must provide the following:

  • Registration must be completed by an adult (teacher, ROP instructor, counselor, etc)
  • You must register all of your students at one time.
  • You may register up to 45 health pathway (required) students.
  • Provide the following data for each student: full name, age, gender, grade level, race/ethnicity

Post-Registration Instructions: Upon completion of registration, you will receive a courtesy order confirmation email from EventBrite with a link to log on and make changes to your tickets if needed. On FEBRUARY 28 we will send out a notice to all registered groups confirming their ATTENDANCE to the conference and instructions on how to prepare for the day. Upon receiving your notice of attendance, you will then need to gather the following documents according to your district policy and regulations:

  • Permission slips
  • Liability coverage
  • Transportation forms (transportation and cost associated with transportation is the responsibility of the school)
  • Pre-surveys for each student
  • Chaperone information

For information on sponsoring your school to the conference contact Carol Allbaugh.
